Local Seattle Real Estate Development Company Seeks Motivated Assistant Project Manager. Desired skills and experience: • 2-5 years’ experience in renovations, flips, remodels or ground up construction management. Owner will consider those without degrees if offsetting experience in field. • Degree or background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Business. • MOTIVATED to learn; expedite career by being involved in projects and action. • Work directly with the owner and Sr. Manager on all projects, timelines, and specifications. • Willing to work long hours and dedicated to the company and projects. • Ability to work well with others (contractors, vendors, city employees, tenants, and all members of the company) • Must have a clean driving record and your own vehicle Compensation: $65,000-$90,000 DOE Project and annual bonus To be considered please email over your resume.
