Looking for a motivated, hardworking and trustworthy individual to work with established group of local developers. Duties to include providing miscellaneous materials, drawings, tools and equipment to multiple sites in the greater Seattle area, (knowledge of the Seattle area a plus, but not required). Applicant must have an excellent driving record, be detailed, take direction well. Knowledge of construction materials, ability to organize errands and prioritize, and must be able to properly tie down loads, and must be able to read, understand and communicate effectively. Knowledge of smart phone and tablet usage as well as accurate record keeping required. Person will also help in our warehouse, cleaning, inspecting, organizing and inventorying tools and materials as well as work on project sites loading scrap, performing demolition and working as a general laborer when not driving. Must be able to lift, push and pull 50lbs. and be in good physical health. Non-Smoker and seat belt usage a must! Must have current & valid WA Driver's License & clean DMV record. We are a DRUG-FREE workplace. Pay is $20-$25, DOE.
