Job Description: Residential and Commercial RE Developer seeks Superintendent whom is responsible for directing on site in-house personnel & Subcontractors in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. Must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have effective communication skills. This position will wear tools up to 50% of the day and have the ability to run multiple jobs simultaneously. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Produce and manage required construction and carpentry tasks Coordinate and manage sub-contractor tasks and execution Schedule Subcontractors Schedule coordination with Project Manager Cost coding receipts and hours Oversee and manage site safety Oversee and manage site safety 5+ years of construction experience required Basic computer and email skills and experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Must have own tools, truck/vehicle, and current WA state driver's license.
