We are real estate investors and flippers looking for quality installers (on strict budget). We have 3 homes in Miami Beach (with free parking) that need tiling done to start with, one house about 1500sf, guesthouse about 600sf, and a condo about 850sf. If you do good work we have more homes we are installing the same tile in which we can give you the work to. We are installing the following oversized 48 x 48 inch tile starting on Monday with 1/32 spacers we already have onsite (minimal groutline). Floor & Decor tile we are installing: Video: We pay for all material directly to Floor & Décor. For labor only install we pay $2/sf (we pay for all material separately) And for any extra prep work or extra material pickup needed we pay $20 per hour And if you need daily draws we can pay $20 per hour so you never have to wait for payment. Any final balance will be paid when each tile job is completed. REQUIREMENT: - Years of Experience and with tools (including grinder) (because of size of tiles and laid straight, most cuts can be made with hand grinder) (we will provide oversized manual tile cutter for straight cuts if you do not have one) - A valid Driver License - Own a Truck (no drop-off/pick-up, must have your own truck) - NON smoker, Drug free, Clean background - Accept payment via Cash App, Zelle, Bank wire or PayPal Please send photos of prior tile jobs you have done, a link to Facebook/Instagram page and if you have any reviews, showing previous work references and do not call (we will call you).
