Looking for a General Labor/Groundskeeper for our Kirkland client. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Your responsibilities: •Install Christmas lights for the upcoming holiday, perform groundskeeping duties including lawn upkeep, parking facilities, the property in general. •Checks and replaces exterior lighting on a regular basis. •Perform pressure washing and light painting. •Ensures that garbage areas are clean and kept up throughout the shift. Your qualifications: •Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take directions. •Must have reliable transportation.
