Responsibilities and Duties Vacuuming, mopping and Dusting Restroom Sanitation Trash Removal General janitorial office cleaning Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning material Specialty cleaning as needed (Windows, pressure washing, carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing) Qualifications and Skills Applicants MUST have a cell phone with data for time keeping system Applicants must be legal to work in the US Must be able to be insured and bonded Must have a valid active Driver's License Pass Background Check Must have a car Must be able to physically lift at least 20 pounds Communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and organizational skills are a must GO TO OUR WEBSITE CLICK ON HUMAN RESOURCES AND APPLY.
