The Center is NOW HIRING!!!! School-aged child care center teachers (Team Leaders) work with an assigned group of students, adhering to a 14:1 ratio (contingent upon CDC and CDSS guidelines). Team Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors. They should have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for students. A Team Leader’s ability to establish authority and connections through leadership, communication, and, most importantly, patience will be required to give our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed.
