JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Manufacturing / Warehouse Team (seasonal / temporary) DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing REPORTS TO: Operations Manager COMPANY OVERVIEW Hamama is a rapidly growing e-commerce company making it easy for customers to eat more greens by growing superfood microgreens at home! SUMMARY We are looking for seasonal / temporary team members to join us in our manufacturing and fulfillment facility through the end of December 2021. We are offering a full-time set schedule, 8 hours per day including a paid lunch, with optional overtime during especially busy periods. We also offer monthly performance bonuses and a $500 stay bonus if you are with us from Nov 1 - Dec 31, 2021! Stay bonus is prorated if you start with us after Nov 1. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform custom manufacturing process to produce product Ensure that quality and sanitation standards are met and adhered to Follow production and quality control processes to meet quality objectives WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS Full-time: 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday onsite at our West Sacramento warehouse Part-time available on request: Shift 1: 6:30am-10:30am or Shift 2: 10:30am-2:30pm Paid lunch and $8 food stipend for full-time workers, lunch delivered daily Pay starts at $17/hr, up to $20/hr including bonuses Monthly performance bonuses up to $500, average $100-$200 $500 stay bonus if you are with us from Nov 1 - Dec 31, 2021 Growth opportunities!
