Service Electrician Experienced Journeyman electrician wanted! Journeyman is preferred, 3-4 yrs. apprentices and those with ample experience will be considered. Must have an active State of Colorado Apprentice License / State of Colorado Journeyman License 1+ years' experience with license (preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license. Demonstrable knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment Strong interpersonal communication skills. Requirements/Preferences: • 1+ years of commercial experience preferred • Colorado State Licensed (Journeymen) • Must be familiar with 2020 updated NEC codes • Must have all basic hand tools for electrical work • Experience installing electrical systems in a commercial and industrial environment • Ability to troubleshoot equipment • Good work ethic • Ability to pass a drug screen (THC is not tested) Essential functions • Installs, repairs, replaces, modifies, and tests new and existing electrical circuits, systems, fixtures, panels, switches, breakers, and controls located in and near buildings and structures utilizing electrical journeyman level skills. • Troubleshoots problem areas and inspects for defective equipment and faulty wiring. • Installs, repairs, modifies, and programs various types of electronic controlled equipment at a Journeyman level. • Uses and maintains various types of hand and/or power tools. • Utilizes safety practices and procedures following established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment. • Performs periodic maintenance and inspection of electrical distribution components to prevent premature failure and/or outages. • Solve problems independently. • Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met. • Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace. • Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites.
