Floaties is one of the only family owned swim schools in San Diego County and we are looking for team members who want to be a part of our growing company. Our leadership team has a combined 50 years of experience in the swim industry, on top of years working and growing together, and we are looking for people who want to grow with us! If you have previous competitive swim experience, fitness coaching, or teaching experience, this would be a great next step for you. You must have: * A clean background check * A positive attitude * A growth mindset * Patience and flexibility * Able to commit to at least 6 months of employment This is a part-time position.
