Hello! My name is Teddy Danielson. I am the owner/founder/head chef at Taking Pure Joy LLC. We are a meal prep and delivery service serving looking to take a little bit of that daily stress off your shoulders. We LOVE what we do and it shows in our food. We deliver chef prepared meals to your door on Mondays and Thursdays to be enjoyed throughout the week. We specialize in working with busy individuals, couples and families at any budget. We are accustomed to accommodating specific dietary needs/taste preferences and our chef (just 2 of us!) have extensive culinary training. I myself attended culinary school in Florence, Italy and my executive chef, Brian, attended the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in New York City and has been running kitchens for over a decade.
