The procession will head east to South Harrison Road, north to Speedway Boulevard and then west to end at Calvary Chapel, 8711 E. Speedway Boulevard. Cameras and other recording devices will not be permitted inside the chapel during the service, at the request of Garbo's family. Public parking in the church lot will be limited. Garbo was shot and killed on an Amtrak train that was stopped in Tucson Monday morning on its way from Los Angeles to New Orleans. Garbo was part of a team conducting a routine check for drugs and guns on the train when he was shot and killed. The passenger suspected of shooting Garbo was also suspected of illegal drug possession. The passenger, later identified as 26-year-old Darrion Taylor, was shot and killed on the train when officers returned fire, police said. Another DEA agent and a Tucson Police officer were also shot on the train and were hospitalized for their injuries. They have not been publicly identified. "Friday's service will honor Supervisory Special Agent Garbo's courage and sacrifice and celebrate his life as a loving husband, father, brother, and exemplary federal narcotics agent," according to a news release from the Phoenix division of the DEA.
