I need 1 man Saturday morning with his own ladder capable of reaching top of 2nd story house. We will be replacing 2 windows, replacing old trim with new pvc from top 2nd story level to bottom 1st story level. Please have your own measuring tape, cordless drill and ladder. I will provide miter saw, table saw and nail gun. Should only take about few hours for someone that knows what they are doing. I will be replacing the windows while you demo old trim and installing new PVC. Job pays $250 and paid once job is complete. Will throw in an extra $50 if you bring your own helper. If I like your work, I can give you more work, as much as you can handle. I pay very well and expect quality work. I meet at lowes in snellville at 8 am.
