small engine mechanic needed

I have 2 things i need fixed. 1) a Tao Tao quad I hear the starter spinning but its not turning over the engine. 2) a golf cart. It has the harbor freight Preditor motor in it but i can't get it to run right. Text me with Rate and what kind of experience you have as well
