No experience is necessary - we will train the right candidate. Learn a variety of different applications such as printing digital files, managing and running equipment, prepping orders, wrapping, packing, shipping, and everything in between. Must enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced, multitasking, deadline-oriented environment Must be a team player who likes to collaborate with others Must be punctual and flexible with scheduling This full-time position schedule is from 7AM to 4PM -OR- 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The job duties for this role include but aren’t limited to the following: -Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures -Coordinate with the leadership team to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines. -Attend job training related to production and machinery for professional growth and department flexibility. -Ensure that manufactured product meets our high expectations and clients' needs. -Stay up-to-date with production processes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to stand for on average of 4+ hours at a time. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. Note: Successful candidates will have to pass a background test. Location: N.
