Looking for a senior (55 years plus). Partial Rent Swap in exchange for companionship to my 84 year old mother. A good fit would be a senior in good health, lives independently, is very KIND, stays home most of the time, has a driver's license and a car would be a plus but not a deal breaker. A good communicator that can text with me. NO DRUGS, heavy drinkers, non smoker or pets (there's already a small dog in the home) House is located in the 92154 area. Its a small bedroom (mostly furnished) with a bathroom 6ft. from room. There would be a trial period to see if everyone gets along.
