Building preservation company is looking to hire laborers and/or crafts people. Willing to train: Base Laborer duties will include: 1) Loading and unloading building materials from trucks and trailers. 2) Driving pick up trucks to deliver materials to job sites and pick up debris from the job sites. 3) Helping restoration craftsmen with project set up and tear down. Craft Apprentice Positions will include laborer tasks but incorporate instruction into restoration skills such as: 1) Preparing masonry walls for repointing. 2) Chemical cleaning and pressure washing. 3) Tuck pointing and basic bricklaying. 4) Professional caulking techniques. 5) Concrete, Stucco and Plaster Repair 6) Painting This is not a temp service or agency. Employees must have reliable transportation and be able to go to the different job sites in Northeast Ohio. Any experience with construction labor, masonry work, scaffolding and/or man lifts is a plus. This is full time employment with competitive pay, paid direct deposit weekly. Time and a half for over 40 hours. Health insurance, vision insurance, IRA with company match, and paid time off are offered to all employees. We have been in business for over 28 years and have never run out of work. We are willing to train and invest in employees who have a good attitude and want to do quality work. We currently have work scheduled through the winter and well into 2022.
