Hi. My husband and I are in need of a house. Our second 5 year lease is up and our landlord is selling the house, so we have to find a new place to call home, with the possibility of a 3 year or so lease. There's just the two of us. My husband is retired and I am semi-retired. We both have excellent credit and references, no evictions or criminal records. We have a very laid-back labradoodle who weighs about 45 lbs. He has never destroyed or chewed anything that wasn't his. ( he has very good references too ) we would lay underground fence which would not harm or change the looks of the lawn at all. What we're looking for is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a double car garage, attached or detached, and a clean dry basement, partially finished would be great, with washer and dryer hook ups. I am not really picky about flooring.....wood, laminate, vinyl, carpet all OK but CL would only let me pick one. We are looking in Louisville, Canton, Robertsville, N. Canton, Magnolia, E. Canton, Waynesburg, Canton South, Paris or anything close to those areas. I'm pretty flexable with anything. I know that a background check will probably be mandatory, please don't take offense, but I will do a background check on you also. There are a lot of scammers out there.
