Premier Residential is seeking to hire a delivery driver to work part-time delivering supplies to our maintenance and construction teams in South King and Pierce Counties Duties include but are not limited to: • Responsible for transporting materials to construction job sites and co-working spaces. • Responsible for loading and unloading materials at each job site. Some items may be heavier than others (50+ pounds) • Verify ordered items are correct, ensure the models/SKU match what is needed before reaching construction sites. • Ensure you're verifying the product delivered with the construction lead at each site to ensure what has been received matches the order sheet. • Assist with maintaining organization in the warehouse for deliveries. • Communicate with the purchasing manager, and others as applicable. • Maintain and clean vehicles and work areas. • Build good working relationships with companies we purchase from and our construction team. QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older Valid Driver’s License Expierence driving box trucks Must be COVID 19 VACCINATED Will be required to pass a drug test and background test upon hire Hours: Monday/ Wednesday/Friday 7:30-8:00 a.m. start 20-24 hours a week Paid Hourly $18/ Hour EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
