LAZ Parking is looking for Traffic Control Officers to assist during special events that are hosted at stadiums and/ or event spaces through out the city of Inglewood **Special Events Position. Traffic Control: Inglewood - The Spirit of the Position: The Traffic Control Officer supports the City of Inglewood by directing traffic during special events to help reduce traffic congestion and direct vehicles to certain areas of an event venue. Principal Job Duties: Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic for the City, Forum, SoFi Stadium and other Special events. Work independently or with a team member, reporting to a field supervisor. Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Support Special Event Enforcement of the SoFi Stadium events, Forum events, and other events throughout the City. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Physical Demands: Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time (95-100% of shift) - no sitting is allowed. Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
