Position: Cleaner
Property: 3 Story Residential Building in Downtown LA
B&M Properties, LLC is currently looking for a Cleaner to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY
The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of common areas, e.g.: showers, toilets, hallways, stairwells, laundry room, back deck, courtyard.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in residential, hotel, or facilities janitorial services will also be considered.
COMPENSTAION: Minimum Wage
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time ~20 hours/week
