Site Project Manger Wanted for LA's Fastest Growing General Contractor and Development Company. DH Remodel is one of Los Angeles's fastest growing Multifamily construction and development companies. We have been rapidly expanding our projects for Commercial and multifamily construction projects, and now have a new Site Project Manager role available for the management of ongoing TI projects. On the ground work needs to be done to manage crews oversee timelines, subcontractors, work with account mangers etc. Core responsibilities and skills required: SPM needs to have existing connections with reliable and low cost subcontractors 7 years construction experience Inspections Prepare and maintain timeline and schedule Work to stay within budget Ability to perform under pressure Responsible and great work ethic to include working with sales and business development teams, including assistance in creating estimates, proposals and contract negotiation, and work closely in the supervision of ongoing live construction projects.
