Seeking a Part Time Pool/Maintenance/Fitness Center Attendant

Pool Attendant Pool attendants needed for a private community near Beverly Glen Blvd and Mulholland Drive in West Los Angeles to monitor activity at community pool area(s) to ensure re-opening use restrictions and guidelines are being followed. Duties include but are not limited to monitoring pool entry, checking in pool users, enforcing general pool rules and keeping the pool area clean, neat and organized. Applicants should be attentive to detail. Work schedules will be divided among persons to split Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-8:00pm. This is not a lifeguard position. However all persons hired will be required to receive training and certification in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator ("AED"), at employers expense. These are temporary positions until use and restrictions and guidelines, as mandated by the City, County and State in response of COVID-19, change and allow for the regular re-opening and use of our recreational facilities. However, there may be an opportunity to move to another position within the company, if there are open positions at the time. Maintenance Attendant Maintenance Attendant needed for a private community near Beverly Glen Blvd. and Mulholland Drive in West Los Angeles. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning the two-story community clubhouse (inside and outside; sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, windows, trash cans, exterior decks, etc.), two community pool areas (including patio furniture, changing rooms, trash cans, etc.), and seven community tennis courts (benches, trash cans, water fountains, etc.). EMPHASIS: CLEANING IS REQUIRED. Person hired should have good time-management and prioritization skills, as it is sometimes necessary to shift from the routine “on-the-spot”, when needed, to do different things at different times during the day than the day/week before, based on the needs of the Association, at any given moment. Open shift is Friday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - 24 hours per week. There will be opportunities for additional hours at other positions / shifts within the community, as the need arises. Person hired will be required to receive training and be certified in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (“AED”), at employer’s expense. Email resume if interested. Interviews will be conducted during weekdays. Gym Attendant Gym attendants/cleaners needed for a private gym in a private community near Beverly Glen Blvd, and Mullholland Drive in West Los Angeles. Duties and responsibilites include, but are not limited to, keeping the entire gym clean and organized, cleaning all of the gym equipment, monitoring gym entry, checking in gym users, enforcing gym rules, light paperwork and light phones. No membership sales required. EMPHASIS: CLEANING IS REQUIRED. There are two shifts open; (first shift) 5:45am-12:30pm and 12:30-8:15pm. Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday (first shift) 6:45am-12:30pm and 12:30-7:15pm.
