Maintenance Technician ( Leominster, Fitchburg, Gardner and Winchendon ) Must live local to these areas Large Property Management Company looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get in with a 40+ year established company which is still rapidly expanding its portfolio. JOB DESCRITION: As a maintenance technician you will be responsible for completing work orders generated by our office and tenant requests. You will report daily to your supervisor, and keep a detailed record of your work and time for each day. You will also be required to have a professional demeanor as you will have interactions with tenants on a daily basis. The right candidate will be able to take direction, be self motivated and take pride in their work. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair issues including but not limited to the following: REQUIRED SKILLS: Skillful in Plumbing and Heating Basic Carpentry General Electrical knowledge Painting and patch work experience Office administrative experience Ability to delegate work and communicate with managers and coworkers General job site safety knowledge, and the ability to maintain safety standards Ability to work overtime as needed Ability to interact with tenants on a professional level On call availability required Minimum of 2 to 4 years prior experience working in Maintenance or Construction Candidate must have their own reliable transportation and tools.
