Portland Ashwagandha Farm is a local farm whose primary mission is to support our communities to Recover, Sustain, and Thrive with the support of our Fresh Spagyric Tinctures. We serve folks recovering from modernity, those working hard every day to lead with dedication and purpose, and leaders who see a regenerative path forward for our Earth. We are looking for Ashwagandha ambassadors to help us share our medicine at local farmers markets. Portland Ashwagandha Farm is committed to utilizing biodynamically inspired, regenerative agricultural practices in harmony with nature, the Lunar cycles and the seasons to deliver the highest quality Ashwagandha available while providing a sustainable business model for local family farms. Our Fresh Spagyric Tinctures are created through an alchemical process of extracting the plant medicine and recombining the naturally occurring trace minerals from the plants. This creates a truly full-spectrum tincture with all the herb’s beneficial constituents intact and working together in synergy. We are looking for a new team member to help educate our community about our products and how to incorporate them into their daily lives. We are seeking a passionate, driven, and heart-centered team member who is motivated by spreading love and healing to their community. Learn more about us and our values at: portlandashwagandhafarm.com Duties/Requirements: -Show up on time or early (typically one hour before the start) to all scheduled Farmers’ Markets and be set up prior to the start of the market -Process purchases through Shopify POS on your smart phone -Reliable transportation to get to markets with all equipment (easy-up, tables, product, table stands, etc.) -Educate and inform the community about our products and purpose -Approach everyone with love, compassion, support, and understanding -Embody grounded, nourished, and balanced energy -Act as the face of Portland Ashwagandha Farm and represent the values and mission of our company in every interaction Time Requirements: -Part time -1-2 days/week (Typically Sat and/or Sun ) -Approx 8am-2:30pm -More hours potentially available to cover/fill in for other team members To apply: email [email protected] with the subject line “Farmer’s Market Ambassador” - please include your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your skill set and interest in this position
