Description

Custom woodworking shop looking for motivated individuals for full-time employment. As a member of our team you would be responsible for producing and building cabinets and shutters. Duties would be as follows: Mill lumber to predetermined specs ensuring the lumber isn’t warped or cracked Sand products using an electric or pneumatic sander Set up and operate shapers, routers, sanders, planers, a wide belt, saws and other machinery as needed Verify dimensions using calipers or tape measure Edgeband material Build drawer boxes and cabinet boxes Bore and hinge doors Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent Able to lift 30 pounds Ability to stand for prolonged periods Able to read a tape measure Have basic safety understanding Show up to work in appropriate and clean attire Teamwork skills Ability to communicate questions or concerns Attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship We offer competitive wages, PTO, health and Dental/Vision coverage (after 90 days at full time) and quarterly bonuses.
