The private space is 12 feet x 18 feet with common work areas as well. This is a long-term sublet( 1 year or longer) with some storage space included. (All of the furniture in the space will be removed before you move in.) Rent is paid quarterly $1149 for 3 months. We are currently working in ceramics and mixed media.  We both are teaching some college classes online out of the studio. (Covid times!)
