Hello I am a small construction business owner/founder of a charity for Foster Children. I am moved from PA to NC and have been seeking to build my business family here. I am looking for passionate, detailed and genuine skill trade individuals that are looking to pick up extra side work with the possibility of full scheduled work. I do not sugar coat my hiring process, I am very selective who I bring on board. Being a female construction owner I am faced with many challenges therefore I am determined to hire wisely. Pay is per hour, based on experience and you will be working with me until proven loyalty. Many of our clients are recurring, and come to me because I am trust worthy and provide luxury quality. $15-25 an hour > based on trust, level of comfort, skill, and respect, possible flat rate. We are all branded, you will have one clean/new shirt for each day of work. Depending on distance I may offer to car pull if I feel that I can trust you. Each skill trade is to have their own tools, I expect if you are applying for a specific role that you are experiences and can provide references as well as a portfolio of some sort. General Liability is also required, as a subcontractor I am not liable for you. I do not tolerate bad behavior, drugs, drunkenness, disrespect, foul mouths, threats or poor quality. If contract is terminated do to the above and aggression is formed I do have a team behind me including authorities. This hiring had is for individuals that are done working for scatter minded, immoral contractors and just want a place to peacefully work and belong, anyone that has demeaning intentions kindly apply elsewhere for the both of our sanity. As time proceeds those that have been on this team for an extended amount of time will gradually be promoted to becoming a mentor for foster children who are aging out of the system if interested, meaning becoming more of a foreman-onsite project supervisor. We are always working towards giving back to the community and building abundance around us. We travel from Apex, Fayetteville, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Wake Forest, Clayton, Benson, Smithfield, Roxboro, Wilson. I am hiring - both residential and commercial Cleaners, drywall installers, maintenance, handyman, roofers, flooring installers, Gutting, Demo, tree removal, landscapers, masonry, tile installer, gutter installer, gutter cleaners, siding installer, stone repair/installer, repointing, duct cleaners, carpenter and other skill trades that may not be listed. Our mission is to do what we love while surviving. Required: clean cut, nonsmoking, healthy shape, good habits, knowledgeable, good hygiene-smell good, positive and cheerful attitude, bold work ethic.
