Position Details: Part time Saturday and Sunday, 7am-3:30pm -Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30 minute lunch Principal Duties: -Cleaning public area floors, walls and windows -Maintaining clean and sanitary public restrooms -Cleaning resident apartments -Cleaning and preparing turnover apartments for new resident -Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping flooring -Cleaning toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers -Washing windows, glass doors, walls and elevators doors -Cleaning and disinfecting public area hard surfaces such as railings, door knobs, counter tops, etc. -Laundry for the department and individual residents -Emptying trash Requirements: -Maintain a positive attitude and take direction well -Must have good English communication skills, verbal and written -Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 lbs. -Must be able to stand and/or walk for 60 minutes straight -Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, squat, climb stairs and ladders. -Must be able to work independently (self-starter) Benefits: -30% Discount on dining meals -Employee referral program -Free bus passes
