Remove an old basketball hoop - cemented in ground

We have an old basketball hoop that came with the house and was installed in the driveway. It has seen better days and we just want it removed as we could use the space and have no little kids anymore. Would need someone who knows what they are doing as it is installed in the asphalt in the driveway.
