Juvie bearded dragon - experienced hands needed

Description

I will update this post later since I am at work, but I have a bearded dragon who is about 6 months old that I have had since May. I think it's a girl. She has been to the vet many times for a minor coccidia infection (on a 1-4 scale, rated a 1 as the lowest possible ranking) and has had half of her toltrazuril doses (2 of 4, the others are set for tomorrow and Monday 10/11). For weeks she has been lethargic and wasn't eating much until yesterday when I had introduced a probiotic to her. She is still lethargic and I don't know what's wrong. I will outline more later, but 1 thing that is abundantly clear in this time frame is that nothing, and I mean NOTHING, I do helps. I am looking for any advice I can get, but primarily, if someone has the ability to rehabilitate and or/adopt, that seems like that is what would be ideal. While she may endure stress to the scenery change, she certainly is not thriving here and I have spent thousands and hours trying to offer nothing but the best. If I could point to something I could do better, it would be much easier, but I have no idea where she could have picked up coccidia. E-mail me and I will get in touch.
