Unique Sumerlin family seeking a personable female assistant. Our family is made up of me, a 55-year old woman with cerebral palsy, my husband, and an active 16-year-old daughter. We also have a cat named Remmi, and a dog named Roxi. We are a very Berkeley family, with a New York sensibility, meaning our household is very laid back. A sense of humor and the ability to appreciate sarcasm is a must in our home. Sunday and Mondays, 8am-5pm: I need help with my personal care. I am able to transfer myself, so no lifting will be necessary. I also need assistance with laundry and organizing my officer. No two days are exactly the same. We might go out to breakfast, attend synagogue, or even, go to the nail salon together. A valid driver’s license with insurance and a clean driving record is required.
