Rehoming grey young female cat

hi, i’m in need to rehome my cat. she’s young, about 1 1/2 years old, has a very beautiful grey silky coat, I believe her breed is Korat. she’s the sweetest cat I have ever had, but she recently has become aggressive toward my older Siamese male, so i think it would be best to re-home her to a family who doesn’t have a cat, but would love the perfect lap cat. even could have her as an outdoor cat since she loves to hunt (obviously that’s their instincts, but she’s good at it, and she’s very inquisitive. she’s talkative, playful, and loves to be near you. she even surprisingly will let me rub her stomach. even a family with children would be great for her, as she is not at all aggressive toward people. i hate to rehome her, but my Siamese cat was here first and I believe she’s affecting his mental health and unfortunately the apartment i live in, i cannot split them up into separate areas. i’m asking for a rehoming fee of $25, serious inquiries only. thank you
