Border collie pup needs new home

Hello, this is ace he was born in December we got him in April and unfortunately we need to rehome him because our new apartment doesn’t allow dogs. He is supper smart, and energetic! He is not good with cats! We haven’t taken him to the vet yet so he is not neutered we are asking a small rehoming fee just to ensure he goes to a good loving home.
