Be part of the most exciting events in DC strengthening transatlantic bonds. Bring your smile and smarts to welcome the diverse people of Washington to events and help keep events safe and registration processes smooth. B&S Europe, working on behalf of the European Union Delegation to the United States, seeks short-term event assistants for events related to strengthening EU-US relations on a variety of topics ranging from environment and public health to trade and human rights and political-military ties. We have an immediate need for hosts on ***October 19*** for an event at Wunder Garten in NoMa focused on climate action. **Start time: 5pm. **End time: ~7pm These paid roles work under a friendly and well-organized event manager. The roles are: -Event host (register guests, check-in using Eventbrite app or manual paper, verify Covid-19 vaccination cards) -Event security Requirements: • Must be 21 years of age. • Must be able to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination. We expect ongoing need for similar temporary hire roles in the DC area this autumn/winter.
