Looking to fill one full-time and one part-time Equipment Operator/ Laborer position within the Golf Course Maintenance Department. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position. Previous golf course/landscape experience is encouraged, but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, at least 18 years of age, as well as the ability to pass a background check and drug screening. - Raking Bunkers - Mowing Greens - Mowing Tees - Mowing Collars/Approaches - Mowing Fairways - Mowing Rough - String Trimmer/Edger Work - Small Projects Operating other equipment as trained - Keeping all equipment clean and in good working order - Paying close attention to safety procedures A qualified candidate must have: - The ability to complete daily job duties as assigned by supervisor - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs - The ability to demonstrate courtesy to all members and guests - Good verbal and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail - The ability to work outside in extreme heat and cold - Perform tasks in a safe and timely matter - The ability to work in a team environment - The ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling, standing, etc. for long periods of time We are an equal opportunity employer
