Hiring Contractors
We are looking for a subcontractor that does interior/exterior painting,drywall repairs, carpentry and light plumbing.
We a looking for crews who are reliable. We will give you work on a pretty consistent basis. Pay schedules job ranges from net 7 to net 15 upon completion of job. These are turn key jobs and small renovations so jobs are based on current turn key pricing.
Must have a minimum of:
Workman's Comp - $1,000,000 Coverage
General Liability - $1,000,000 Coverage
If you don’t have insurance I will give you 30 days to purchase insurance.
