We are seeking a pool maintenance technician who: • Practices safety first at all times • Acts with integrity, accountability, and discipline • Is passionate about delivering excellent service • Provides superior customer service • Demonstrates respect for others • Seeks to gain superior knowledge • Has a smart phone with a data plan capable of taking pictures, texting pictures, and accessing email and the internet • Has a valid drivers license and clean driving record • Is able to lift and carry 50 lb How you’ll make an impact: • Manage a swimming pool route that includes cleaning approximately 50 swimming pools in a standard workweek • Manage a stock of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week • Spot equipment repair needs and report those needs to the office • Be courteous with customers and always provide them with a smile when talking with them • Use the ASP Online Training Site to learn and keep current on proper pool cleaning techniques and water chemistry strategies • Interact with our proprietary PoolOps program throughout the day by following a checklist, taking a picture of the clean pool, and emailing the maintenance report to the customer • Wear an ASP uniform that is clean and presentable each day to demonstrate professionalism to the customer • Keep the work truck clean and stocked with chemicals and equipment needed for that day’s route Perks of the job: • Competitive wage and bonuses • Use of a company truck for work • Reimbursement for use of your smart phone • Access to online training resources • Opportunities for advancement • A positive, supportive culture where the team works together toward mutual success About ASP Tucson NE Our mission is to create superior value for our customers in all that we do by leveraging technology, higher standards, knowledge, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
