Why? lower loading docks are easier on your back and knees and the cabs have AC. We think no AC is kinda mean. This job has a community service feel to it at it's best. This job at times has a VERY high entertainment value. A good sense of humor with a caring attitude goes a long way. Some days, to be honest, will be trying. But from our experience the good days will out number the bad. We do move the general public as well. The better you are the more we put you on those jobs. Why? TIPS!!! Since our rates are low and our customers appreciate who we are, if you perform well, our guys report they get tipped generously. We mainly move and serve people with disabilities and low income seniors as well as do deliveries of donated furniture out of the local furniture bank. No experience necessary. We provide the training and the experience you wont find anywhere else in the Portland area. We can and do work around your busy schedule if you are looking for part-time. We rarely work Sundays. If we ask you to we pay you more! Fair is fair after all. Who wants to give up their Sundays! Our drivers make $18 - $21 per hour and average betwixt $40 to $100+ per week in tips. Helpers start at $17. With monthly bonuses possible. Ethics and morals matter to us. We value hiring like minded people.
