Maintenance Worker II – Cemetery Cemetery Division Parks and Recreation Department Application deadline: Friday, October 22, 2021 Visit www.icgov.org/jobs to apply online One permanent full time position available Full salary range: $42,848.00 – $55,140.80 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Job summary: Under general direction, maintains cemetery grounds, equipment, buildings and other public areas. Minimum qualifications: One year of experience in ground maintenance required. Forklift and backhoe certification must be obtained within the probationary period. Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record required Must be 18 years of age per Iowa Code 92.8. Must pass criminal background check. Preferred qualifications: Two years’ experience in grounds maintenance or related field preferred.
