Need to rehome 6 year old and 3 year old pitbulls

I am trying to rehome Jax and Sasha together. They are bonded so I'd like them to go to the same home with land to run. Jax loves the outdoors and would thrive in a place where he could be outside and have room to run. He is super affectionate and will kiss your face off before he would bite you. Sasha loves attention and snuggles. She's shy at first but then she's fine once she warms up. Jax is a male and he's 6 years old. Sasha is a female and she's 3. I'm looking to rehome them because at a recent vet appointment to get Jax fixed I found out that he has two masses that need removed. I am currently expecting and having some health issues so I am not able to get him the removal surgery. I am not asking a rehoming fee but I am asking that you get him the vet care he needs and have a place for him to run. Jax was given to me by someone who lived on more land and he's honestly always been sad about spending so much time inside. Sasha I rescued when she was about 6 months old. They have lived together since. Ideally I would love for them to go to the same home as the fact I have to rehome them breaks my heart and I don't want to make it even harder on them by separating them. They are both up to date on shots. One or the other will need fixed. The masses are on his scrotum and tail.
