Construction Punch/Customer Service Tech

We're a small, local builder looking to add a multi-skilled, construction punch/customer-service technician to perform a combination of punch list items in new-home construction and customer service work in occupied homes. Some of the work that you will be doing includes: -drywall patch -skip-trowel texture -interior/exterior paint -minor stucco patch -switch electric fixtures and/or install ceiling fans -caulk cleanly -minor hardware installation (i.e. cabinet handles or towel bars) -construction site clean-up -powerwash garages/driveways without disburbing nearby finishes -problem-solving customer issues You must be able to communicate with customers in person and via email, be dependable and able to pass a background check and be bonded. Pay depends on experience and abilities.
