Window and Installation Laborer

I am looking for a 1099 laborer to help with window and door installation. Pay is $20 a hour. Days worked per week will vary from 2-6. MUST be willing to meet in Belleville IL in the mornings before work. Please text if you have any questions. My requirements are as follows: 1)Dependable 2) Reliable transportation 3)Must be able to accurately read a tape measure 4)I would like someone with metal brake experience but this is NOT required 5) Must have a clean criminal background for the last 4 years.
