need to rehome ASAP

My mother-in-law has had an abundance of kittens and cats the past two years and we need to rehome them fue to her landlord and her not wanting as many as she has. She has two adult neutered males, an unaltered female that has a skin condition and needs a vet, two 6 month kittens one male and one female, a year old female unaltered and super lovey, and 7 kittens ranging from 8-12 weeks old.
