Drummer / Conga Player Looking to Start Lounge Act

Senior-age small ensemble jazz drummer / conga player looking to start a challenging instrumental lounge act (quiet but powerful)...looking for piano player who is a groovemeister that wants a solid rhythm section who can improvise, read a fake book, etc...similar requirements for a bassist. Honestly, I see no acts local to The Villages or Central FL that are anywhere close to this genre of music (have to book from Miami and pay $1500 minimum looks like). It's an understatement to say there are an awful lot of Villagers with plenty of entertainment $ to spend who just don't know what they haven't heard, so to speak (maybe they are weary of hearing a steady diet of Toby and Garth tunes...not sure why that would be). Please only studied and experience piano and bass need inquire.
