AAA Apartment Staffing is looking for Makeready and General Maintenance Technician highly skilled individuals to service an Apartment Community in Raleigh, NC Working on a week to week basis. *Applicants must have at least 1 years of property maintenance experience. *The positions are for working temp on a week to week basis (mon-fri 8-5) must be available to start immediately. Candidates should work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Some of the job responsibilities and requirements include: General Responsibilities: • Electrical work • Plumbing Repairs • Rough and Finish carpentry • Full Apartment Painting • Appliance and Furniture moving • Gutting and trashing out storage and apartment units • Completion of full vacant unit turn process General Requirements / Qualifications • Previous apartment community maintenance experience preferred • General building and grounds maintenance • Painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs • Must have a positive attitude / good customer service • Must have own tools and transportation • Highly motivated and team-oriented personal style • Open to change and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
