During the Biden ordered surrender of U.S.A's Bahgram air base, over 5,000 terrorist fighters & criminals were released from that air base's prison. One ISIS fighter released, captured in India after being involved in a bombing in New Delhi & turned over to the CIA in 2017, was the sole suicide bomber who killed 13 Americans and over 100 civilians during Biden's surrender of the Kabul airport. This means that Biden, and Biden alone, was the only party responsible for the attack on American soldiers.
