Move Loveseat from Garage to Upstairs Office

I need my new loveseat (170 pounds) moved from my garage to my upstairs office. It's about 100 yards, with 2 doors and 1 staircase. I included a picture the sofa, the stairs and the specifications of the loveseat. I need two people who will take care when moving so that we do not need to touch up any walls with paint.
