Maintenance and Construction Laborer Naperville Commercial Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance and Construction Laborer. This is a full-time position, M- F daytime work, occasional Saturday and evenings for emergencies and projects that require off hours. 40-45 hours minimum per week. Responsibilities Perform maintenance work, demolition, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, HVAC for commercial properties Perform tenant buildouts for commercial properties Maintain and Communicate with customers for 100% satisfaction Prioritize maintenance for optimal customer satisfaction Improve quality control standards Maintain vehicles Organize warehouses Yearly inspections to perform: roofs/drains, triple traps/catch basins/ storms, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, parking lot striping/sweeps, RPZ testing Snow Removal and salting the properties Safety as a #1 priority- training, corrections, inspections, reporting, documentations, follow ups On budget projects for customer and profitable Skills Good communication with tenants and front office Dependable and time conscious Work safely and follow all safety procedures Ability to prioritize maintenance Construction and Maintenance Experience desired Ability to work with construction tools Full benefits (health, dental, vision, life and 401k with match) and annual review.
