WANTED: Experienced, dependable maintenance/make ready person for small, beautiful property in south Tyler. Your job responsibilities will include performing minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following: *Electrical and plumbing *A/C and Heating systems--would prefer that you have your HVAC Certification, if not, be willing to obtain it *Appliances *Water irrigation systems *Interior/exterior lights *Door locks *Pool area You will also be assisting in getting apartments ready for move-in which includes painting and general maintenancing of an apartment. Your work hours will be 8:30-5:30, Monday through Friday. You will be on call every 4th week a month. We are a great company with a super benefit package including 5 sick days, 2 weeks vacation, paid holidays, 401k and insurance.
